What we collect

• Formula images you upload or paste for recognition
• Recognition results — the LaTeX text recognized from your images
• Technical logs — request time, latency, status, and a hashed (anonymized) form of your IP address. We never store plain IP addresses.

How it is used

• To provide the formula recognition service
• To analyze and improve recognition quality and service stability

Recognition runs on servers operated by us. Your images are not sent to any third-party AI service.

Storage & retention

• Images are stored in object storage; records are stored in a database (both on the cloud platform where the service is deployed)
• Records are kept for 180 days by default and then deleted automatically. Your in-browser history is stored only in your browser and can be cleared at any time.
• We never sell or share this data with third parties

Deletion

If you want an earlier deletion of a specific image and result, contact us via the link in the page footer and we will process it within a reasonable time.

Other notes

• No account or sign-up is required; we do not collect your name, email, or other personal information
• If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above
